1. Services
RoTechX provides digital agency services including website development, software development, digital marketing, SEO, graphic design, and related offerings. Scope for each engagement is defined in a written proposal.
2. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are 40% on commencement, 40% at design approval, and 20% before launch. Marketing retainers are billed monthly in advance.
3. Intellectual Property
On full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. RoTechX retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a written NDA says otherwise.
4. Campaign Results
Digital marketing results depend on budget, competition, audience, offer quality, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific results and results shown on this website should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes.
5. Client Responsibilities
Timely feedback, brand assets, access credentials, and content are the client's responsibility. Delays in these may impact project timelines.
6. Liability
RoTechX's liability for any project is limited to the total fees paid for that engagement. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for completed work up to the termination date are payable.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
